Francis Village located in Totem Lake, Kirkland provides affordable homes to low-income young adults and young families who were formerly homeless. There are case managers on site to help residents with equitable and supportive e case management weekly providing assistance in building life skills, achieving educational and employment goals, and overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency.

Francis Village plays a critical role in breaking the cycle of homelessness for young adults and families in our community who may not have had the support, guidance, or opportunities to succeed in the past. Through consistent mentorship and resources, with case managers like Monique Conlan, residents can work on educational achievements, finding steady employment, and gaining confidence. Francis Village is vital in ensuring that young people in our community are empowered and not defined by homelessness.
