bridge housing

For up to 90 days

When young adults transfer out of inpatient behavioral health care, finding safe, stable housing is often the missing piece of their recovery.

Bridge Pointe, our bridge housing program, is voluntary, short-term housing designed to support young adults rebuilding wellness and independence — dedicated to those leaving inpatient care (or who participated in inpatient treatment within the past 30 days) who do not have stable housing and are seeking a structured, substance-free next step.

Recovery isn't one-size-fits-all. Our program offers trauma-informed care, structure, and compassion to help each young adult build the life they envision, easing the transition into community living.
