join the team behind the team

At Friends of Youth, your work supports youth, young adults, and families throughout King County. Our programs include behavioral health services, foster care, housing, shelters, substance use treatment, and family support services. We hire people who reflect the community we serve, invest in their growth, and believe that everyone deserves a team behind them, including our own staff. We actively seek multilingual and multicultural employees fluent in the languages spoken by young people.

For 75 years, Friends of Youth has believed that when the world says no, we say yes, and our employees are the ones who get it done. Our staff surrounds young people and families with real, coordinated support. Whether you join as a case manager, therapist, direct care staff, or administrator, you'll be part of a trauma-informed, team-based model.
