As we close out another fiscal year, we pause with gratitude and with pride to reflect on what is possible when a community comes together to support its young people and families.

Every day, our agency has the privilege of walking alongside youth, young adults, and families as they navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. This year, thanks to the generosity and partnership of supporters like you, we witnessed resilience turn into achievement, uncertainty transform into stability, and hope grow into lasting change.

Celebrating a Year of Impact

This fiscal year, our programs reached hundreds of individuals across our continuum of care, each with their own story, each deserving opportunity, dignity, and support.

• Employment Services: Young adults gained job skills, secured meaningful employment, and began building independent futures. For many, a first paycheck represented more than income—it was confidence, stability, and the beginning of long-term self-sufficiency.

• Housing Programs: Families and young adults found safe, stable places to call home. Housing is more than a roof—it is the foundation for growth. With stability came renewed focus on education, work, and wellbeing.

• Foster Care Services: Children and youth experienced the care, safety, and nurturing environments they need to heal and thrive. Foster families, supported by our team, created spaces where young people felt seen, valued, and supported.

• Shelter Services: In moments of crisis, our shelters provided immediate safety and compassionate care. No young person should face homelessness alone, and because of this community, they don’t have to.

• In-Home Family Services: Families received tools, guidance, and support to strengthen relationships, improve stability, and create healthier home environments. These services help keep families together and build resilience that lasts far beyond our involvement.

Stories Behind the Services

While numbers tell part of the story, it is the people behind them who inspire us most. 

The young adult who, after months of uncertainty, secured their first apartment and job, and now mentors others starting the same journey. The family, who, through in-home support, rebuilt trust and created a safer, more stable home for their children. The youth who, after experiencing instability, now looks toward the future with confidence and hope. 

These moments are made possible by a simple but powerful truth: when we invest in people, we change lives.

The Work Continues

Even as we celebrate these accomplishments, we know the need remains great. Many youth, young adults, and families in our community are still facing barriers of housing insecurity, unemployment, and systems that are difficult to navigate alone.

Our commitment is unwavering: to meet individuals where they are, to provide compassionate, tailored support, and to create pathways toward independence and stability. But we cannot do this work alone.
