Evergreen Health
In April 2024, Evergreen Health Foundation held its annual gala and auction. As part of this event, they held a donation drive for Friends of Youth clients. Here’s a picture of the cool stuff distributed to our clients. What an incredible partnership between Evergreen Health and Friends of Youth!
Windemere Group
June 9, 2024, was Windemere Group’s annual Day of Caring and they really showed up for our residents at one of the homes within our Transitional Living Services. A group of 50 people beautified the backyard space by pressure washing, painting, planting, setting up new toys for the children, cleaning, and organizing.
Washington State Association of Justice (WSAJ) Trial Lawyers Care Week
The WSAJ Trial Lawyers Care Week, headed up by Tara Eubanks, organized and cleaned the garage spaces at our Totem Lake Transitional Living Services. They organized the garage, creating more space for clients’ belongings. Special thanks to Tara for encouraging Law partnerships around the Puget Sound to support Friends of Youth by volunteering, donating, and supporting!
Bear Creek Methodist Church
On Mother’s Day, over 40 self-care baskets were thoughtfully curated by members of Bear Creek Methodist Church. These baskets were provided to and appreciated by foster care parents and young parents receiving program services. Thank you, Bear Creek Methodist, for recognizing and celebrating our clients!
Accents and Interiors
Accents and Interiors, a design firm located on the Eastside, recently held a donation drive that collected clothes, hygiene products, and an assortment of items from our Amazon Wishlist. These donations were instantly sent to our programs, and we greatly appreciate them!
Special Shout Out to Lake Washington Transitional Academy students, Kate Crotwell, and Chong Vang for volunteering with us over the 2023-2024 school year! With their help and dedication, our donation space was kept clean, tidy, and organized over the past year.
It is truly inspiring to see so many organizations like Evergreen Health and Windemere Group stepping up for Friends of Youth! The impact on the clients is incredible. Hitclub mình ghé thử đúng kiểu lướt cho biết thôi, vì thấy bạn bè nhắc hoài. Vào trang cái mình để ý ngay là bố cục chia theo từng mảng nhìn khá thoáng, tiêu đề đặt rõ nên kéo xuống không bị “ngợp chữ”. Phần giới thiệu họ có nhắc nền tảng xuất hiện từ 2018, đọc qua cũng hiểu sơ sơ lịch sử chứ không phải kiểu nói chung chung. Mình không ngồi lâu nhưng cảm giác chuyển mục ổn, load trang nhanh, chắc do họ chăm chút hạ tầng như họ ghi. Nói chung giao diện làm mình thấy dễ chịu vì không phải đoán xem đang ở đâu. Nhà cái KUWIN mình thấy bạn bè nhắc hoài nên hôm trước rảnh rỗi bấm vào coi thử cho biết thôi, chứ mình cũng không đăng ký hay chơi gì. Vừa vào là thấy họ chia menu khá gọn, nhìn phát là phân biệt được phần tin tức với mục hướng dẫn giải đáp nên đỡ phải mò. Mình có lướt nhanh mấy câu hỏi thường gặp thì thấy họ nói kết quả vận hành theo RNG chuẩn quốc tế, đọc kiểu “giải thích cho người mới” nên cũng dễ hiểu.
