how do referrals work?

If you're a provider, family member, or young person:

Call us at 425.891.3385 or email us at
bridgepointe@friendsofyouth.org to get in contact with our team and confirm eligibility and check bed availability to:

a. Secure a spot before discharge to ensure a smooth transition.

b. Support the intake process by completing a brief screening and intake form.

We understand that recovery is not one-size-fits-all.

That’s why our program centers offer trauma-informed care, structure, and compassion to help each young adult build the life they envision and easing a transitioning plan to the community.
