what is giving tree?
Every year before the Holidays, young people request items that would make a difference for them, and help them achieve their goals!
We add the gifts that young people request to our Amazon Wishlist,
as well as handwritten on tags distributed to businesses, and
coordinate with all of you.
You purchase the gifts, and get them to us.
We sort and match them, and deliver the gifts to the young people that requested them.
Young people receive holiday gifts thanks to each individual, family and business participating in Giving Tree!
how does it work?
As an individual or family...
Buy a gift from our Amazon Wishlist and either 1) Ship the gifts, or 2) Drop-off the gifts to the Friends of Youth office "Attn: Giving Tree" - 13116 NE 132nd Street, Kirkland WA 98034
As an organization or business...
Same as the above, though you can help coordinate with each other to carpool and/or ship items together!
As a business partner with Giving Tree tags...
Buy a gift (from a local shop per the wishlist item written on the tag, or via our Amazon Wishlist) and either 1) Return to the place you grabbed the tree tag, and put your gift there for your business group delivery - if before December 17, 2) Ship the gifts, or 3) Drop-off the gifts to the Friends of Youth office "Attn: Giving Tree" - 13116 NE 132nd Street, Kirkland WA 98034

Another way to support Giving Tree is to make a gift of cash, to be used for holiday gifts and gift cards. If we receive more funding than required, your generous gift will be used to support year-round programs and services. Thank you!
