supporter spotlight

We're absolutely blown away by the incredible support we've received so far in 2024!

Our hearts were filled with gratitude when we welcomed the Amazon Black Employee Network on February 28 for a volunteer project. Members from different states and communities gathered to organize our donation space and assist our Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ODEI) in preparing materials to celebrate Women’s History Month within our facilities. Meeting such an enthusiastic group was truly inspiring!

On Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Talia and her BSA troop 8711 went above and beyond. They organized, cleaned, and moved hundreds of donations from one location to our central office, making them more accessible for our case managers and clients. What an incredible way to honor the spirit of service on this special day!

We had a class of 10th graders from Eastside Prep come during their school day to learn about Friends of Youth services and do a service project. Their service project included going through hundreds of bags of donated clothes, sorting, and folding them so that our clients and case managers have easy access to items.

Thank you to all our amazing supporters for your dedication and hard work. Together, we're making a real difference in our community!
