Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Position:
Childcare at New Ground Bothell

Availability:
Thursday evenings from 6-8 pm on the following dates: Feb 11, 18, 25, March 4, 11. 25, April 1, 8

Age requirement:
Must be 12 years or older

Skills:
Must have childcare experience

Educational Requirement:
None

Project Details:
Do you love to work with children? Do you love providing childcare? If so, please help us out on Thursday evenings at New Ground Bothell, one of Friends of Youth's transitional living facilities for young Mom's and their babies. This opportunity is available between February 11th and April 8th. Parents will be attending classes and workshops and we need skilled volunteers to play with the children (newborns to age 3) between 6:00pm and 8:00 PM. A perfect opportunity for Girl Scouts who have taken the Baby Sitting Class and want to put their skills to work.
