Julie McFarland, Program Manager
Julie joined Friends of Youth in February of 2009 with a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Montana School of Law and MSW from the University of Connecticut. Julie has experience working with homeless adults, youth, and families and youth involved in the court system.
Jessica Osborn, Intake Case Manager
Jessica began working for Friends of Youth in September 2009. She works part time as a Case Manager for residents at New Ground Sand Point and part time as the New Ground Transitional Living Program Intake Case Manager. She received her Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Washington.
New Ground Bothell
Kendra Junius-Roberts, Program Coordinator
Kendra has been an employee of Friends of Youth for five years. She has a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Kendra works with residents of New Ground Bothell and Sand Point young parenting programs helping them succeed as mothers and young adults.
Celeste White, Case Manager
Celeste has been with Friends of Youth for over seven years. Prior to her current position as Case Manager, Celeste worked as the Resident Manager of the New Ground Bothell program.
Katie Drexel, Case Manager and Intake Coordinator
Katie joined Friends of Youth one year ago as a part time Case Manager at New Ground Bothell and part time Centralized Intake Coordinator for all New Ground programs. Katie received a BSW from Creighton University in Nebraska.
Chanda Allen, Resident Manager
Chanda has been with Friends of Youth since April 2007. Prior to accepting her current position of Resident Manager, Chanda worked as Weekend Reliefat New Ground Sand Point. Chanda has anine year history working at Lakeside Milam Recovery Centers where she is currently a Chemical Dependency Case Manager atthe adolescent inpatient center. Chanda is a Registered Counselorof the State of Washington.Chanda attended York College and is now pursuing Certification in Chemical Dependency at Bellevue Community College.

Justin White, Program Coordinator and Case Manager
Justin began working with Friends of Youth in 1998 as an Outreach Worker.He received a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. Justin is now the Coordinator for New Ground Kirkland and New Ground Everett.
Caitlin Weaver, Case Manager
Caitlin has been involved with Snohomish County social services since 2003, when she joined New Ground Everett. She served two full terms with AmeriCorps focusedon providing service learningand employment education to at-riskhomeless youth.
Jay Moore, Resident Manager
Jay has worked with Friends of Youth for over five years as a Resident Manager of the New Ground Everett Program. He has a strong background in the social services, having worked with severely disabled adults in a residential setting in Seattle.

Jennifer Lucas, Program Coordinator
Jen has been with Friends of Youth since 2001. Jen has a Masters in Social Work and brings 15 years of experience working in the field. She also has a pre-med degree in biology/biochemistry and later switched to social services and social justice.
Colleen Marion, Case Manager
Colleen worked for Friends of Youth's Griffin Home from 2006-2008 and returned to Friends of Youth in 2010 after working with homeless youth adults in Seattle for two years. She is now a Case Manager for New Ground Avondale Park Transitional Living Program. Colleen holds a BA in Human Services and Psychology.
Josh Loy, Case Manager
Joshua joined friends of Youth in 2009, as a Residential Counselor at Griffin Home. In April 2009 he became part of Griffin Home's DUCS program as a Bilingual Youth Counselor. He is now a Case Manager for New Ground Avondale Park Transitional Living Program. He holds a BA in Bible and Youth Services.
