Julie McFarland, Program Manager
Julie
joined Friends of Youth in February of 2009 with a Juris
Doctorate degree from the University of Montana School of Law and MSW from
the University of Connecticut.
Julie has experience working with homeless adults, youth, and families and
youth involved in the court system.
Jennifer Lucas, Program Coordinator
Jen has been with Friends of Youth since 2001. Jen has a Masters of
Social Work and brings 15 years of experience working in the field.
She also has a pre-med degree in biology/biochemistry and later switched to
social services and social justice.
Colleen Marion, Case Manager
Colleen worked for Friends of Youth's Griffin Home from 2006-2008 and returned to Friends of Youth in 2010 after working with homeless youth adults in Seattle for two years. She is now a Case Manager for New Ground Avondale Park Transitional Living Program. Colleen holds
a BA in Human Services and Psychology.
Amanda Launay, Case Manager
Amanda holds a Master's Degree from the University of Maryland and
specializes in work with Families and Children.
