need emergency short-term shelter:

It’s available 24/7, so one of our team members will always be there to take your call.

If you’re between 18 and 24 and
need emergency overnight shelter:

Call The Landing in Redmond at (425) 449-3868. It’s available 7 days a week . Line-up for the shelter is at 8:30 PM and intake begins at 8:45 PM.

If you’re a young adult without a home, and you need a supportive, positive place to stay for a period of time while you get back on your feet, we have a program for you called New Ground. It’s not just a roof over your head. We’ll help you with a plan to get your life back.


Friends of Youth accepts applicants for our housing programs through Coordinated Entry systems in King and Snohomish Counties.

If you are a youth or young adult 17.5 - 24 years old interested in housing in King County, complete an assessment for Coordinated Entry for All at one of several locations, including Friends of Youth's Drop-In Center located at 16225 NE 87th Street, Suite A-1 in Redmond. Assessments are completed Thursdays from 2-5 p.m. For additional locations and times, click here.

If you are a youth or young adult interested in housing in Snohomish County, call 425-877-5171 to schedule an assessment with a Cocoon House Navigator to be placed on the waitlist for housing in Snohomish County.
